It had a sort of mini-game / side quest called "Hall of Meat", where it would provide you with certain objectives, and you'd try to complete them.
Problem is, the challenges were all designed to intentionally cause serious injury to your character. For example: break all 10 fingers, and all 10 toes in a single wipe-out. Or, break your skull, and every bone in your spine in a single wipe-out. Break all of your ribs, and get 5 secs of air. You get the idea.
They actually gave you some decent cash, and were (frustratingly) fun to play. It's relaxing, in a game where it's all about complexity and precision in successfully completing tricks, to just spend some time beating the hell out of your character, for cash. Very cathartic.

It’s not an achievement but two unlocks in Dark Souls 2 – the Illusory Ring of a Conqueror and the Illusory Ring of the Exalted. Conqueror turns your left hand item invisible, while Exalted does it for the right. To get them you have to beat a NG cycle without dying (including as a phantom) and without using a bonfire respectively.
