Scissor jack. Buy a long handle flex head ratchet and a socket that fits the nut on the scissor jack and you can quickly turn it without worrying about ground clearance.

I watched the scissor jack, then quit when you started the timer on the hydraulic jack because your timing comparisons completely suck. You started the timer on the scissor jack as it was going under the car. Then with the hydraulic jack you set it up and started the timer to pump the jack up after it was all set up. Wtf?

Just a thought since I JUST bought jack oil: a show on top maintenance might be a good idea.
If you include set up time, connecting the battery etc I am not sure the electric scissor Jack is faster.

The compressed air jacks are awesome, but I'd definitely want it on jack stands before taking the tire off.
Everytime I used a scissor jack it takes about 7 minutes of nonstop jacking

That tall iron off road jack is a Hi-Lift, not just Lift. Their heritage goes back to the old Conestoga wagons. One thing it is very good at that the air jack can't do, is lift one end of the vehicle with the jack in the middle, left to right. When both wheels clear the ground, one can then push to vehicle to the side to firmer ground. The jack just falls to the side.
Mandatory for off roading.
The best jack is AAA.
