30 Minute Upper & Cardio Pyramid – BURN #15



It’s Day #15 of your Burn Challenge! Using dumbbells and/or kettlebells, strengthen and tone your arms, back and core, while also getting heart pumping cardio, in a pyramid format. Go up the pyramid in time, then back down, alternating between two exercises.
