super helpful

It really works, but I face a problem as the value of the range A2:A438 keeps shifting to A3:A439 and so on when the function is dragged all the way down the C column! If I have the required data placed in A4 and I look for a value of C16 in column A it returns "N/A"!!!!!!!!!

I have a word document that contains several hundred WWII army serial numbers in the text and I have an XL document with about 35,000 Army Serial Numbers. I want to find what serial numbers in XL are also in the word document or vice versa. Can this be automated?

I have a list of unique values I need to find in a column 90k rows in length. I have used the Conditional firmatting but it's so slow. Is there any way I can quickly find the values and delete the entire rows with those values?
