He needs to go back to Nigeria and apologize for what he has done and then help to fix the big problem he caused with his contracts and Exxon’s $4.5 billion dollar grand in stealing and polluting plus devastating the waters of Nigeria and provinces where people can’t even live there anymore or drink the water because it is so polluted on the coastal line flowing into the rivers. This man is partly responsible for destroying Nigeria coastal line and he should work to fix it.
Been dealing with them since April. Paid my claim at first small amount then when it became a bigger claim they denied it. Ended up paying me more but denied. I appealed it and filed complaint with state insurance regulators. Now they want estimates and gonna see what happens
i had 1 state farm claim that i ever acted on with state farm yet but because i inquired about possible damage 2 times before they acted like they were prior claims cost them zero I never filed a claim in 22 yrs ever for my house with state farm . 1 they fought my claim with me not in court to my fortune the general contractor new my old policy covered 100 % he recorded there conversation they admitted i was covered of my damage to my roof from a tree falling on my home they were only trying to pay for 6 ft by 30 ft wide and the siding which cost them zero as i had enough old siding fixed it myself .but my general contractor saved me from suing them they paid the claim then of course renewal time they dropped me they offered to take me back if i did not file a claim in next three years and at a percentage of any damage in future claims i always recommend folk never choose them they have been excellent with my car claims but my first ever state farm claim was a nightmare
That's to bad insurance companies don't have anyone with basic math skills. We're just paying for attorneys, which I'm sure is cheaper than paying the homeowner(eye roll).
Is this the same State Farm that was caught on audio by the news telling their adjuster to deny hurricane Katrina claims even if it was fraud.
Dmitry, Auto claims are vastly under paid as well. Having settled approx 20,000 claims, conservatively. The worse headaches are with the same companies as with Home Owners policies. I literally laughed out loud when Chad Wilson suggested "don't use any with a national ad campaign" I've said the same for years. People have no idea their insurance agent is NOT employed by the insurance company and therefore has zero influence on helping during a claim…with very rare exceptions; agents with a large book of business, have been an agent for a long time, has a client with multiple big policies and knows someone directly in claims management might be able to help.
MAFIA!!!!
Ca Insurance Commissioner, Richardo Lara was indicted for taking money under the table from insurance Co and remains in office.
If the wolf is guarding the hen house….
They allow the contractors not to give bids allowing unlimited change orders.
Smart!!!
Keeps the contractors happy and lessening the noise they’re making, hurting the policy holder even more.
The more the light is shined on these Cockroach Insurance Commusioners, the harder for the insurance co to hide.
Needs media coverage and EXTREME pressure locally put on the insurance Agents and Claims reps.
He’s a very smart guy.
WAR is ON.
I have been a loyal customer of statefarm for the past 15 years but they last year i had used them and they deny everything. The worst of the worst. I feel like I got scammed. This insurance is not cheap, so I reported them to the insurance california consumer complaint. I know they can not do as much but I want everyone to know this company is scaming its customers.
State Farm is literally my neighbor.
We were just talking about this not too long ago. This video is spot on as far as the struggle our customers who have State Farm or Allstate insurance for their homeowners plans go through. Those particular companies are the worst! We call them NoState because they almost never pay out a full roof replacement claim.
It's not the insurance companies money, it's the insureds money
Great video
Dmitry it is decision not decesion 22:20
Would you recommend using a go pro camera on inspections with those difficult carriers?
Can you help with claim in North Carolina?
Do you have a firm to represent customers that have had the exact problem
I’m also interested in Dimitri’s and the lawyer’s training on hail identification.
Good conversation, but where is the insurance company perspective in this? I’d like to hear from all sides.
Hi my daughter had an accident i had cash in the glove box. state farm said not covered, is that true? and my car lost value because of the accident do they have to handle that or do i loose value? thanx mark
I wish I could have had this lawyer when they would not pay for my roof they got a way with I couldn't afford a lawyer I tell everyone stay away from state farm
A conversation such as this interview is ABSOLUTE GOLD. Thank you much for bringing this type of conversation to us contractors. There needs to be more and more of these types of communication on Youtube as the more information out there, the better we as contractors can better prepare ourselves against Insurance companies.
Love this video
I am with Farmers in Nevada . We suffered wind damage . I put in claim , adjuster came out & we already have our ACV check. Looking forward to getting our new roof!
Got a state farm ad lol
Love this interview. Every time we get a new Insurance claim, the next questions is always, "Is it State Farm?" Sharing this around for sure!
Im gonna start meticulously tracking my time and supplement for Management hours (time taken on follow up and emails to get claims approved) once they approve the desired work scope. hit them with 10k in management fees on a 10k roof… lol
Thankful for this and screenshots from FB groups to show my StateFarm customers that they are not alone…
Solid video
Fantastic content
I'm almost to the point that I don't do business with Statefarm. Last week alone they blew off 2 appointments. They play too much
This is very informative
State Farm cheats the Homeowner almost each and every claim nowadays! It's criminal what they're able to get away with! Buyer Beware!
Allstate should be up here !!!!!
When they, the homeowner, says they have state farm or allstate I look at the roof differently.
Thanks for sharing!
