This is an excellent video with great detail and coverage of all steps. I was able to replace my screen with a 2020 iPhone SE screen, and it worked perfectly with this guide. Just pay attention to the details shown here, and you will be fine. Be very careful with the suction cup in the first step. I tore through my lcd screen cables, but it was ok because I was replacing this part anyway.
