Returns Policy:
CLEARANCE ORDERS
At this clock, we do not accept returns on purchases made on any headroom items. All clearance orders are final.

Package your boots in their original shoebox, then in their knocked out transport box.
If possible, please use the lapp transport materials you received from us.
Write your Return Authorization # clearly on the package.
Items should be unworn and include all original tags.
We do not presently offer prepay return-shipping labels for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International orders.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method acting via PayPal. Please notice : A return shipping charge for $ 5.00 will be deducted from your refund. Original transport charges are non-refundable. Please give up two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an electronic mail to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit rating card, or original method of requital, within two bill cycles. Credits can take extra time to post to your account, depending on your citation card. Packages without an RA # can not be accepted.
