During a Ubisoft Forward event on September 10th, Ubisoft will announce three new Assassin’s Creed games that are set to release over the next few years on PS5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC. The first major game, code-named Red and developed by Ubisoft’s Quebec City office, is set in Japan. The second major game, code-named Neo or Hexe and developed by Ubisoft’s Montreal office, is set during the latter stages of the Holy Roman Empire and revolves around witch trials. The third game is Assassin’s Creed Mirage, a “return to basics” for the franchise, that is set to focus on stealth and be very similar to the original Assassin’s Creed game.
Both Red and Neo are part of Assassin’s Creed Infinity, a platform for future games in the series that will contain multiple settings, as Bloomberg reported last year. The two games will likely not release until 2024 at the earliest. A Ubisoft spokesperson declined to comment.

Assassins creed died when they released unity in a broken state got backlash for it and instead of taking responsibility and the blame they blamed the actual game (gameplay, story, customisation, progression, etc) and decided to take it as a sign to “change” when they really didn’t need to
I came after watching the UBISOFT Forward Showcase
Actually, AC Mirage looks promising & I hope it will be something good
This aged well.
Hi jacob
People who get excited over new ubisoft game deserves to be robbed. How many years of disappointment have to pass for you to learn.
I'm pleasanty surprised that we're actually getting a game about assassins with Mirage. I thought the series was completely dead to me; I'll buy it then after that, I'm done. Infinity sounds like dogshit.
There's nothing wrong with infinity being a pseudo MMO, and so what they want to make a profit? They're a company, what matters to me is how good it is, if i play it and don't like then i say it's bad, otherwise, I won't dismiss a game just because some boomers still hate multiplayer in 2022
You're such a boomer bro, infinity sounds great, if you don't like it just stop crying about it and play the games you actually like
AC needs to go full splinter cell chaos theory or modern hitman (moreso) with smaller open ended environments for assassinations – imagine staging an assassination that looks like an accident but with more parkour…
Damn, China steals another IP. I can't believe it
Actually our hopes were okayish 🤣🤣
they should had kept the rpg element and did online gameplay
You do realize that the ONLY reason the AC franchise has become so successful was 'because of' the turn to action/RPG… because up until then, the AC games were for a very niche audience. There two most successful AC games were Odyssey and Valhalla… why would you think that going backwards to appeal to a niche audience again is good for business?!? This is a business afterall. Just because some AC fanboys want a return to the older format, history has shown the older format was not nearly as financially successful as the new format. However, I guess if they're trying to test the waters, doing so on an expanded DLC game would be the way to do it. Personally, I have no plans to buy it and will wait to see whether Infinity will follow Odyssey and Valhalla or not. If not, I will never buy another AC game.
I would love for a return to Prince of Persia but the AC1 Remake is what has my attention
All we need is an ezio trilogy but remastered for the next gens and current
7:25 to 7:34 is exactly how i've started judging games before i decided to make a purchase, well said Luke
As long as the stories are diffrent and interesting I am fine with it but what will happen to the modern day story?
I can see it now: the same exact mission over and over, with different names and faces.
Assassin's Creed is a franchise is I used to love, but I feel it lost its way awhile ago. I preferred the older games, which were smaller, more story driven, more self-contained. The newer ones feel like endless RPGs loosely strung together with mediocre story-beats. AC peaked with the Ezio games, and AC IV.
Ubisoft said they were going "back to basics" when syndicate was released. Screw this franchise🤣 I just look for updates and don't play the game at all.
I and many of my mates wanted an Assassins Creed in Japan since the second game, many were quite vocal about it but Ubi stayed silent on it. When you started the video and said the games were leaked I immediately thought it had to be Japan due to the massive success of Ghost of Tsushima.
Funny how they don't listed to fans at all but as soon as another property finds success in that field they are quick to try and emulate it themselves just as they did after Witcher 3's success.
tbh as long as they dont mess it up playing og titles like the ezio trilogy makes it seem like a live service game like infinity was the end goal
HOPEFULLY the dlc was just in concept and then they decided to make it into a return to basics game
I thought I had wondered into a Yong video for a moment 😋
I don’t see people mentioning the Vr game that has some gameplay leaked
❤️
first i tought that every Assassin's Creed games get deleted forever and got really sad lol
Wassup jake
Assassins creed saga is pure crap
I hope in infinity has a game where Arno And Connor face off against shay
the rpg chose your own character thing is NOT how the animus works and it makes me sad.
This guy is a Debbie Downer.
