Being there to see the mountain move in person was quite a sight. The box blades were making a lap in less than a minute as well as leaving it smooth for the next pass not leaving much time to mess with a front loader. I was surprised myself at how much dirt they were able to move quickly. Shaving off a little bit at a time it was easier to tell where they needed to load the next time around. The dirt working well was a big thing in our favor too. Randall and I really enjoyed being able to be a part of the job and drank up a good bit of sweet tea. Tim and Christy, Congratulations on 200000!!!
While the verse at the end was pretty appropriate, a project like this just shouts "Many hands make light work." or maybe "Many wheels make light work" in this case.😁👍
Boys in their sandbox… 😉
Tim, it looks fantastic! Awesome job everyone! Take care and we’ll see y’all on the next one…
If I would have been your neighbor I would have been there for the entire job looks like a lot of fun
That turned out great and with alot less time than I would have first guessed.
Great video!
I really want to know what are the few kubota rumors are
Excellent video Tim and Christy very enjoyable to watch I think. 👍
Hi Tim Just wanted to thank you for the info on Rim Guard. Pennsylvania will start inspecting Hay Rides, so one of the items is weight ratio of farm tractor to trailer. Our tractors need more weight, so because of watching your channel I new of Rim Guard. Found a dealer near us and contacted them, some things I found out was Rim Guard weighs 12 lbs per gallon, that is 4 lbs more than water or RV antifreeze. The dealer said he would also sell us Rim Guard by the gallon if we brought our own barrels to have filled, then we could fill our own tractors. We had the dealer fill 4 tires on 2 tractors with 400 gallons of Rim Guard, took about 4 hours. Knowing that it weighs 12 lbs per gallon seems like the way to get as much weight as you can in your tires. One rear tire on our tractors took 75 gallons, 900 lbs of weight. Thanks for all the info you provide and watching your channel made me the hero for having the knowledge.
What a great time it must have been. Kind of amazing what a dozen guys and 250K worth of equiptment can get you. Was it just 1 day or 2 in the video.
Its nice to see a community coming together to help a friend.
Tim, I purchased the Toro Workman for that purpose and load capacity. Traded off my gator
Great job, Great video. How about some footage of the support team. [The FOOD and DRINK tent, the videographer]. Now for the shoulda, woulda – dewater the pond and let it dry (yeh, sure) and dredge/scrape the muck out. Maybe a little larger while your at it. I guess you could convince the finance committee to rent a big enough excavator. We know Tim loves to operate one. Another day or another year. Thanks again. Haven't seen the world traveling daughter lately.
We can buy/use all kinds of equipment but no amount of money can buy the experience. The time spent together doing a task like this … Priceless!
The solution to your dump bed issue would be a Kubota RTV X1140 or of course a small trailer
👍
if i understood it right the rock bucket changed from a 2" spacing to a 3" spacing ….curious about feed back on the rock bucket ussage and results of both
You should test out different brands of lawn and garden trailers/wagons/carts. 👍🏻
Looks good Tim
Well done! Congratulations on getting 200,000 subscribers. 😁👨🚒
Why didn't you load the rocks into that nice dump trailer you own?
Another fantastic video for the Marks and friends. This was a big project that came together so well. I can't wait to see the green color take over the new landscape. The rock bucket worked very well but I noticed that to shake the dirt out you must be up wind, or you will be wearing the dust.
My favorite videos are always those with your brother and nephew
That is one heck of a project!
