Lets level set: USCG is 100% trained at and operates (and often exceeds) military level training. MSRT teams are on par with many military SOF teams. They were previously called D.O.G. (Deployable Ops. Group). You can't try to compare them to DEVGRU they are obv. different missions. No they dont fall under a SOCOM because they are DHS. This gives them unique ability to deploy as a SOF but be recognized as a Federal Agent. So in other words its much more "diplomatic" to deploy an MSRT to a potential threat than the DoD. As far as "training" for CG as a whole it is at the military level (not a LEO level) during wartime we fall under the Navy and need to operate as such. The USCG played a major role in all wars including Vietnam to current day.
Ummm we do land based deployment as well. Even in Iraq
Just when we thought seagull Shit from above was as bad as it gets now we need to worry about dachshund shit 😂
We worked with USCG LEDETs sometimes in the Persian Gulf when we boarded certain ships that had targets that needed to be arrested and returned stateside. DoD cannot arrest, we can only detain.
Why would they put themselves on? no one knows about them that's the same thing that happen with the seal teams
"Sof forces?"-generaldischarge. Is that not what the f stands for?
Am I the only one who has a hard time hearing the audio to the video Nikko is reacting to vs. Nikko? Lol. No problem with him being him but I struggle to hear the other audio, is it possible to get them close to the same volume level whatever way it needs to happen?
I wonder how many people got the The Interview reference
Coast guard is on top
This POG kid is a joke lol he still looks like a boot , noodle arm YouTubers
https://youtu.be/U7Sl0P0vkYI
So you got MSRT east and west, MSST east and TACLET west and south.
General Discharge is the shit.
basically just maritime swat team, kinda cool for what it is
While in I got to work with the MSRT every year for fleet week. These people were always super professional and always chill. Truly enjoyed working with them.
can you do a TAcLET/HITRON vid?
They are still and will always be, Puddle Pirates…lol
I do something similar in the Navy called MSRON. No sniper, k9, or training like that. We do learn CQC and small unit tactics.
We focus on the maritime aspect as well as expeditionary.
i love how you have a vert grip on your ar pistol haha
MSRT8 are better more horse power
Coast Guard MSRT does not fuck around lol i interacted with them (or somethin similar in USCG) while i was doin onboard security work on a tug when there was a strike goin on and union captains were blocking shipping lanes. They snatched up mofo’s with extreme prejudice lmao
Can’t barely hear the actual videos that you do reaction over… you are loud and the videos are not ! Small thing maybe u could fix up thanks good videos
I think I might be the only Coastie here 🥲. Prior coastie, anyway.
I like the video but not you so much. I'll not be back to this site
You have to be over six foot tall to be in the cost guard
That way if the boat sinks you can walk to shore.
Bro if you read this… CG are basically Infantry…
Ngl Idk why but I thought he actually was shooting that guy in the hazmat suit
If you do research they train along side seals so you gotta give em some respect
