Thanks for posting this. I have one more tip that makes everything go a lot easier and that is, before you start with the heat gun, try taping your phone to the table with two sided tape. {specifically Alien tape} when you are done remove it from the table with a twisting motion. this cut the back removal time significantly.
Looks easy. But I would leave it to service professional to do the job.

Did it its not too difficult if you stay calm i broke the back glass so bought that part new its good to do but you need to stay calm and dont hurry at all just take your time. Thank you!
Maybe you should test the replacement battery works before gluing the back on again?
