OK———. I hope that this means that if Texas Wins its lawsuit against the ATF, everyone across the country will be able to buy and own legally without being taxed, Suppressors that the military has now demonstrated as being needed for their weapons for the public at large…
Wondering why there aren't any cases in federal court challenging the tax stamp? It serves no purpose and was in fact suppressors were about to be removed from the NFA by Congress during the Trump administration. Even the head of the NFA agreed not to fight it because the tax stamp caused needless paperwork for the agency.
Then the Vegas shooting occurred where, lo and behold, they said the shooter used a suppressor, so Congress ditched the Bill before it could come to a vote. And I doubt Trump would have signed it anyway .The more recent Bills that will be up for a vote (one called the Hearing Protection Bill, again) even if passed will never get signed by Biden, so it clearly needs to be challenged in Federal court.
Regarding why I don't think Trump would have signed the last Bill is because he issued an executive order (following Vegas) regarding the federal red flag law that we now have where anyone can lose their gun as a result of any complaint regardless of its validity and without due process first. (I'm reminding Trump supporters that he is NOT 2A friendly.)

Our right to bear arms are being slowing and methodically disintegrated. We, the people, that honor the right to bear arms, need to stand up and be heard. None of the laws regarding guns, ammo, scopes, or any other add on should even be open for discussion. Do not sit and let them take our rights…it's time to pull the rug from under their feet!!!!!! I dont know how any logical person could possibly argue with you. You should be sitting in the supreme court. We need people like you, not politicians that are consistently getting paid or have agendas for their own party.
I hope this finally gets made right, could happen since I just paid another $200 for a tax stamp and the wait begins. Crazy how 'restrictive' counties out there allow purchasing a supressor just the same as buying a bolt action rifle, while here in Merica ita a HUGE pain in the ass…and I have ears that squeal like a mother 24/7 because of it

We had the hearing protection act that was about to become law but then LasVegas False Flag and as a result cowards in congress ignored citizens rights. Donald Trump also banned novelty items because it was convenient.

Here what I don’t understand 😉. So it’s OK for states to defy the federal regulations on marijuana and the DEA is largely staying out of it. Yet we can’t do the same for suppressors!?!?!

I can't wait to sue the ATF when I develop hearing damage. There's only so much help that hearing protection does for my tinnitus.

Can someone from the UK tell me if suppressors are regulated there like they are here in the states? I saw a program on TV profiling game managers on country estates, and they all had suppressors on the rifles they used to cull the animals on the estate. One of the gamekeepers said that they use them to reduce the noise caused by shooting.

Either a suppressor is a firearm and thus protected by Ammendment 2 (Heller and Bruen et al) or it's not and therefore doesn't fall in to the purview of the BATF-E.
Either way, it's really pathetic they have to invoke the commerce claus to regulate hearing protection. Such an insane bastardization of the original intent of that claus.
