Agencies say thieves stealing mail has been on the rise in Central Arkansas for the past year— and on Wednesday they announced the arrest of four people.
There is also a problem with people following USPS, FedEx, and UPS deliveries. I always look for an expected delivery so I can get it before a porch pirate gets it. I no longer drop mail in a blue box, only at the inside post office drop slot.
