Ooff! Too real 😅 a chiro gave a friend a stroke. Then told her to leave. She drove to hospital with partial paralysis, left her car running at the ambulance entrance. She thought she was talking to the doctors who rushed her to emergency but they told her later she was just making loud moaning noises and limping.
Last time I saw a chiropractor I was bed ridden for a week, not even the slightest joke. I've literally rolled over a gun truck in Iraq 3 times and been in multiple accidents and never felt the kind of pain that chiro inflicted upon me.

Disclaimer: TO be super exact, meta-studies on the topic have found it helps in very certain/specific cases with things like muscle pain, but the reason for that seems to be that they did pretty deep into your muscles and if your muscles are tensed up they react to that the same way as they react to a massage, so just get a fucking massage
