I'll hold onto my Note 10+ until they reintroduce toe SD card slot. I can just slap a 1TB card in it and save my self the $$$$.
Phones design shouldn’t change every year. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. Take apple for example. They change the design only every 3 years and at a very small scale. It shouldn’t be a flaw of the s23. I’m an iPhone user but Samsung is definitely improving the things I once despised.
The new Samsung flagships are nice, but I love my iPhone too much to switch right Now. I mean I haven't had Pains with the iPhone to make me switch to a Samsung Right now!

Honestly one of the biggest news that actually shocked me was when they said; the S23 will no longer have Exynos copies and whatnot. But then, when it comes to power efficiency, is the Snapdragon Gen 2 really efficient?

In my and a few friends experience, and we can sincerely say that phones that supposedly lasts over a day without charging is just not true, if you're an actual power user like we are.
Scrolling reddit, watching YT among other things, we have to charge our phone at the end of the day if not middle of it

I really wanted to buy the s23 but I have the note 20 I bought it like 1 year and 4 months ago, but I would feel guilty for not using it at least 3 years. I guess I will have to wait 2 more years to get an S ultra of the year 2025

Both phones are 1000 times better than any iphone, and most of the American population blindly think Apple phones are the best thing in the world. Anyway, this guy is right on, that the S23U is amazing and worth it for anyone other than S22U owners. Both are awesome phones.

Considering I moved up from a S10e to an Ultra, I think it was a good buy overall. Plus googbye Exynos. My S10e at times will run really hot at random tasks.

Upgraded from the S21 Ultra, loved that phone. But man, the battery is pretty crazy. I use it at work, use it to play and more, and i still got lots of charge left. You can forget to charge and you can survive with 50% for the day.
I don't think you understand how great it is in not having the exynos soc. The 8gen 2 is flying on my s23 ultra 🥳
Today I got my samsung ui 5.1 update on my s 21 ultra so I am quite happy with those improvement to wait another year, to be honest updates of models each year are so minor they are barely noticable, & boy I am glad I never fell for the hype. 100 times zoom is very capable so much so I barely use my Canon slr camera the rest of the s21 ultra is still top notch especially with those updates.
S23 Ultra fixes almost everything I disliked about the S20 ultra but I really do miss the Sd Card slot.
On the contrary, I did in fact upgrade from the S22 Ultra to the S23 Ultra. My wife got my S22 Ultra as an upgrade from her S10. I can tell you that the upgrade for me was well worth it. Cameras, battery, performance alone would be enough. But having half a gig of storage was definitely a plus as well.
My first phone was samsung Note 2.
And after going through few phones I am back to s23 ultra. Felt the pen to be thin as compared to Note 2 pen.
But I am loving every bit of s23 ultra.

I've been having a Samsung J3 Prime (2017) for couple years. It was a 0$ phone wich back then i was satisfied with. But of course photo quality and speed is pretty outdated so i decided for the first time to take one of the lastest phones. At first i was suposed to take the S22 Ultra with 12GB/512GB but they were out of stock. So i checked for the S23 and for the S23 Ultra with 12GB/512GB it was about the same price because of a discount. I should have it after this weekend (3-4 days) so i can't wait ! The features that really interest me the most is the camera because i'm doing a leap from a very cheap 5MP to 200MP but also the storage from 16GB to 512GB.
Bullsheit! The feeling in the hand is far better than the n20u,s21u which felt good,s22u was not pleasant without case. The display is tweaked proerly and the overall performance is ticks ahead of s22u. The battery is optimized. This is the samsung I have been waiting to buy and keep for a long time.

Their phones are NOT the best androids on the market. Pixels are not the best. The way technofiles swoon over these two brands in particular are sickening.
There are a plethora of brands that make excellent devices at much better prices than Samsung would offer for a flag ship phone.
True the other brand might not have a built in but wiper. But them aren't worth the extra 300 or 400 that Samsung upcharges for their garbage products.
I think software updates used to be huge improvements and needed the extra hardware to be lag free. On both Android and Apple. We're at the point now where you can get a mid tier phone and have the same performance and features for common daily tasks. Which is most people. The people that use the phones for gaming benefit from the yearly upgrades due to hardware performance. I used to get flagships every year, but my OnePlus 8T works just fine. I upgraded because I wanted to, not because I was unhappy or experiencing issues. My OP8T is still lag free and the same experience as my Ultra aside from the hardware differences in the camera & stylus.
