Let's talk CANDLE INSURANCE…Again! | I canceled my policy with Liberty Mutual.

Don’t you have to pay for membership and insurance with the guild? Just trying to get clarification. Thank you for sharing

I had liberty mutual for a year. Then I wanted to add my husband’s business to my policy at renewal time. They took all the information. Then I had to harass them to get an update on whether he was going to be covered or not. After weeks of back and forth and them automatically charging my on file credit card for an increased rate lump sum, they finally said he was not covered. I asked what the huge increase in payment was for then. They said it was a mistake. over $1000 mistake. Then it took weeks to get my money back. I was so heated with them people! Now I’m with the HCSG now too.

Thank you for that. I haven’t launched because my candle business isn’t covered yet. I will look into soap guild and other companies that offer annual payments…I prefer a company where I can pay once a year vs monthly. Thank you for sharing this video💙
