I have them all except the one under ground in Lunden. I thought I had the story far enough but I still can't get into the small room or Crack with the vines
What about the temple of mithras armor, the passage is blocked 2:25

I look all over for me no chest under water, must be bug this totally pisses me off. How chest can be for you underwater but not for me in my game.
There is one more thing/treasure you did not get. It's in the same green nasty pool you dive in. There is the obvious one to the left where you get into the bereau but there is another in the same pool to your right covered by seaweed there is an entrance to another treasure or whatever . I found out by looking around in game because couldn't find no one in YouTube to show that last one.
