for me one assassination is all has counted and i've did assassinations for days over 50 so this sucks thanks never thought going to dlc's
After having a online error most of the day, I decided to do my dailys and the assassinations finally worked. Pa I don't have the dlcs

Started this evening the game and my assasinate score was 46/100 …. seems now everything works normal.
2 years after release and we still get the Online service error message. And now they have cancelled the preorders for the POP remake since they have no release date. That's Ubisoft for you.
