The only reason why I'm sticking with the franchise for now is because an AC: Game set in Japan is coming out. And I've been wanting to see that for years. After I play that I'm going to decide if I want to drop the franchise completely or continue. I might just drop it because I get the feeling this franchise is on it's last legs.

New Game Plus would have got me back in after i finish what we just got. but to start again from the beginning without some gear you get in game sucks. i will play it again but when i get the itch to just play it again but who know when that will be

Hey Dark, it’s going to be a big ask if Ubisoft want us to return and buy the next thing , Origins and Odessey set the benchmark, but Valhalla went into a whole new direction, it strayed from the AC creed and what made AC in the first place, I have my doubts if I will get the game, but will wait and see what the review will be and or course your great content, cheers CB Australia 🇦🇺👍
AC fans are legit the most jobless gaming community i’ve ever seen. Why do y’all need to play a game for incredibly long? Why does Ubisoft need to constantly add? No wonder AC is ruined, it’s because of the community begging for 500 hour games. Just play another game till Mirage.

My interest hasn't drained. Odyssey came close to doing it, but then Valhalla came in and basically saved the franchise for me.
That said New Game Plus or at least some kind of Arc Replay system WOULD have slapped though.
At this point ubi is just a trend follower there not a AAA company anymore and this game was a bad experiment. Still going to wait 4 the Japan im excited 4 that one I could care less about mirage its not a real game and at 20 bucks 4 a character i really have no interest for I donf think so. Ill wait for it to come out for free.
Mirage happened nothing else. They had different plans initially, then they decided to make Mirage into a standalone title and abandoned these crossovers.
"This is what happens when companies hire diversity over qualifications". Ive said this for the last two years. This game was nothing but a cash grab that pushed a "certain agenda", not give us what they said- Valhalla was to be a mix of Origins & Odyssey. Game breaking bugs would stay broken while anything that benefits the player was fixed immediately while giving us storylines that left us with more questions than answers. Then to top it off with no NG+ after repeatedly telling us that it would be one of the last things added was a real kick in the dick.
People need to realize that we the consumer hold the power, there is no Ubisoft without OUR cashflow.
I believe ubi don’t want to add NG+ because they need us to play the next ac as soon as it lands…If the add NG+ ppl like me like I did in odyssey can play 4-5 NG+ so the don’t like that.Ofc they don’t respect us as customers they are doing hostile marketing leaving u stranding waiting for the next one ..Ffs it’s not an mmo what’s the point adding hood always on and new armors when the game is ending :/
On the subject of old games getting updates whenever. Titan quest came out in 2006. It got an Expansion called Ragnarok in 2017. And then another expansion called Atlantis in 2019. And then yet another expansion called Eternal embers which celebrated its first anniversary yesterday.
I thought the Witcher 3 DLC was coming 12/14. Has the date changed? And is there more other than the PS5 upgrade?
