Diesel with some crappy old motor oil in the mix works too. Concrete form oil in a 5 gal jug is like 60$ it would last you a while too, you have to cut the form oil with a little diesel fuels so it sprays out of your little hand sprayer though.
When I was a mechanic for a gravel train company we would spray diesel in the dump beds of our short doubles since they would have asphalt in them. It didn't alow the the asphalt when hot to stick to the sides Or the wood deck in the box. Cause the asphalt slid out it would also stain the wood a fair amount of dark but also make the grain in the boards pop even more. It was a unique look and I wish I kept some of the boards to use as my work bench since a few of the other mechanics used them (after putting resin over top) as a topper for their shorter work on boxes and it made the box look so much better rather it be a snap on, Mac, or even a harbor freight box.
So you just contaminate the ground with your diesel after? Probably don’t say you’re doing that. Or wash it off in a truck stop because those drains don’t go into the ground water.
Jason, you should look at getting the inside ceramic coated with industrial ceramics. All of the trucks I've done have had no issues with concrete sticking.
