Why wouldn’t the Democrap led states break the law ? Their brain dead so called president breaks the law almost daily ! These WOKE leftist are doing their best to normalize any and all immoral behavior but they have shot themselves in the foot with the American people , pun intended !

Chess Lover

Washington State is proposing a very similar law.

91 civic guy

Colorado is turning into commie California

Gunny D

Maybe the judge could fine these numnuts a few million dollars for "MALICIOUS PROSECUTION"?

ray wetzel

Stan AntS

If this went to SCOTUS, even those advertising bans would fall – clear 1A violation.

Daniel Balderas

Hey Brayden, This is Daniel Balderas.
I want you to watch this guy's channel,
Armed Scholar, about the ATF short Barreled Rifle & Pistol Brace Rule is in Big trouble.

"Silly" isn't the key word. "Supremacy" is. The US Constitution and federal laws consistent with it are the supreme law of the land. State laws that contradict them can take a hike.

If that insurance co. had been representing ANY other type industry thay would STILL be fighting to NOT pay the clames. Sounds like someone is in cahoots to me.

Mark Webb

These lawmakers need prison time….IMPEACH BIDEN.FJB

Don Carr

Damn I can't believe just how stupid they really are.

Tom

No manufacturer should be liable for the misuse of their products.

James Dyke jr

At the beginning of the civil war some Southern States broke numerous Federal laws numerous times. When will the Federal government stand up to these roug States? Must we have another civil war to secure the union?

John Marston

I realize the article is about Colorado, they aren't the only state trying to do this – not even close. Pretty sure NY, NJ, IL, WA, etc. are all trying to do the same thing.

👍

Donna Stokes-Manning

Overweight people should sue Coca Cola for their product making them overweight.

Random Commentary

Can we use the law they are attempting to create against those who put this law through? Don't just bring the lawsuit to the State, but sue all those who put it through for the harm they are causing. Make the politicians pay for the legal costs that they are responsible for creating rather than the taxpayers. Just a thought.

Great video, Braden. As always. You're my number one go-to for Second Amendment news and analysis. Keep up the good work.

If liberals continue to use assault weapons term for assault then babies are assaulted with abortion tools.

Thanks!

Let's sue all the car manufacturers for drunk drivers. Fuk it

Hugh Jaynis

Does anything surprise when we are talking about Libtards?

rod67

And they're talking about the Marketing of Firearms? Did you ever see a firearms ad on TV during the highest profile events…how about EVER on TV or radio for that matter? But you sure do see a ton of alcohol ads despite a whole lot more alcohol related deaths in the nation than by firearms.

Bruce Lewis

I've asked that same question for years

Maybe it's time for the gun manufacturers need to recall all government issued weapons due to liability issues. Guns apparently inspire police to shoot people and nations to go to war. Comparatively, Citizens have an extremely low level of harmful gun use. City Councils, Legislatures, etc. who authorize police and military to posses guns obviously share in the liability.

Game and Movie makers that depict gun violence must be liable. Sue the pants off of them. All of those westerns, gangster movies, war movies, murder mysteries, etc. have apparently had a devastating affect. Oh, and don't forget books and magazines.

All of this will be great practice for addressing the real issues. Did you know that the most dangerous places for kids seem to be kitchens and bathrooms? If you have one of these in your home, you should contact your builder right away! Of course, swimming pools are a definite death trap, too. And don't ever let your kids get into a car. In fact, you should probably park yours for good just to ensure safety. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates – are you NUTS!! What's the matter with you?

Do you let your kids play outside? Aren't you aware of strangers, stray animals, fallen electrical lines, cars (just in case some extremist hasn't parked his), climate change, lightning, bird attacks, etc. Heck nowadays they could even be injured by a balloon being shot out of the sky.

And don't wrap your kids in bubble wrap to protect them. They could suffocate. Please read the warning label. And speaking of that, I hope you read the warning label on the masks your kids are wearing. If they don't follow the instructions perfectly, your kids will be suing you some day. Kids are too young to be liable. So, anything stupid that they do is YOUR fault – FOREVER!!

Getting to the core of the problem: There's a very good chance that everybody on this planet is going to die. Perhaps you should get in line on Elon Musk's Mars escape plan (It must be safer on Mars. Nobody's ever been shot there. Word is that they have very good gun control laws.) Be sure to write. We'll be jealous of how safe and happy you will be there.

Fuzz

Seems like democrats want more of a war than black.

Harm Rabb

There not gonna file lawsuits against manufacturers of spoons cause they cause people to become overweight

2A Moto

Sue the breweries for DUI, car manufacturers for violence committed with vehicles, knife makers for violence with knives. Once we start doing this, then and only then will I accept the lawsuits against gun manufacturers as being fair. Oh how about suing God for giving us fists and feet that commit violence while we're at it.

Robert

hmm, sound like some politicians should be arrested for not following the law! #RisforRESISTANCE!

Robert Gimber

This sounds good! I think I’ll sue Popeye’s fried chicken for getting overweight and they didn’t warn me !

Michael Torluemke

It almost seems like the members in these state’s legislatures who many are lawyers are helping to keep many of their lawyers friends and law firms in business. Also helping to keep their law schools open. Being lawyers they should know what laws are constitutional, or are in violation of federal laws but they don’t care because they have no financial stake in their actions. Except maybe in pacifying their donors. They also know that the laws they are supporting will have little or no effect if they ever are approved. But again don’t care because they just want to look like they care.

Michael Marcuccilli

The state of Colorado, ( California annex ) thinks they can do whatever they want . Tired of blue states trying new and amazingly dumb ideas. How about you find new and amazing ways to deal with the criminals, you know actual incarciration times, no bail for murder, rape things like that.Last time I looked my Glock did not sneak out of the house and cause issues.Stop trying to sue gun manufacturers, thats almost as dumb as calling AR-15s Assault Weapons!!!

Jose Gonzalez

This is a mute point. Manufacturers have to grow a pair and start fighting otherwise, they will close down. Just like Remington
