I was lucky enough to get a delivery of the Apple Watch Ultra the day before my camping trip. I unboxed it and set out for a 36 hour camping trip. Hoping that I could make it home on one battery, I took the watch out for its first adventure.

Great video. Beautiful smile! It was nice that you didn’t know what to expect from the battery life and it rose to the occasion. It will only get better once you familiarize yourself with using only the functions you need. I’m always mad whenever I get a new watch and see how many running background features are toggled on I thought I had turned off.

Coming from the south I learned places to go and places not to go, but now we’re in beautiful Portland and I think I’m finally ready to go camping.
