I’m liking the rookie TE’s. They already look like better blockers and are good in the passing game. Hendershot in particular looks like he has a higher celing then Schulz in the passing game.

This will be Schultz last year in Dallas. These 2 kids work well with our offense and both will make less than Schultz which Jerry likes! 🤷

A FEW THINGS FROM ME:
1.) I don't have anything Ferguson or Hendershot.
In fact, I like both of them, and this has nothing to do with them as TEs, etc, but I wish Dallas has more of a "DOWN THE FIELD" / "AIR IT OUT" plays in their offense.
I think that would make all that "UNDERNEATH" TE stuff MORE "EFFECTIVE."
2.) And this goes right along with what I said in NO. 1:
Whenever I see what Ferguson and / or Hendershot is doing – and this goes for the WRs, too – I can't help but think how much effective all this would be "IF" they would've kept COOP and had him DRAW MOST OF THE "ATTENTION" front the defense, 'cause even when his numbers were "SMALL" he at least did that.
"IF" you weren't going to keep COOP, at least bring in a "QUALITY" WR veteran – and no, I haven't forgotten about Pittsburgh's WR James Washington, either.
But he's not a "QUALITY" WR replacement veteran.
He's just an slightly above average veteran replacement.
I look for Dallas to draft a WR pretty high (within the TOP 3 rounds) in the '23 draft.
ANYWAY:
GOOD / GREAT little video breakdown of the two "NEW" TEs, as always LAW.
Yeah. I definitely agree with you law how the Dallas Cowboys used both of the tight ends in this Giants football game that we win and when Dalton shorts come back we can still use both of these two tight ends in the rotation with Dalton shorts because that's how you keep all three tight ends fresh and also the defense can't get set on just one tight end.
After this season we don't need D. Schultz.

This is what I really like about Cooper Rush! He runs the darn play! If the TE is open 5-10 yards down the field, he throws the darn ball! Complete! 1st and ten! None of this running around looking for the 40 yard play like Dak Prescott.
Hendershot needs to stop jumping & diving as much as he does after YAC. Every now & then but not as much as he does. Go through the hit. I love his aggression though. Just gotta be more careful.
WE NEED TO GET BOTH TIGHT ENDS IN THE GAMES,THEY HELP TO OPEN THE D up and let the offense play better if they good and on point
