mmmh…this isn't a game problem, probably it's something in you pc,can you explain me how did you do to install the game? and have you downloaded it on "skidrow"?

buddy this error also happens with me run this game as a administrator by right click on game shortcut
you can bypass this message opening the dead island.exe with right mouse button and select 'run as administrator'
right click game icon, then "ruin game as admin" worked for me
Try Right Click then Run as Administrator
hey what you do is right click on the Dead Island Rip Tide Launch exe and click run as admin and it will work :}

you have to choose "single player" to fix the crash.. the game must not go online…
When I launch the game it says "Cannot write to game folder. you don't have permission to write permission." Please help
