Deep Insanity ASYLUM is a mobile game title developed by SQUARE ENIX Co., Ltd. for the cross-media project Deep Insanity announced on June 25th. The project consists of anime, manga, and a mobile game that shares same the background. The game is scheduled to be released in September.

The story revolves around a mysterious disease called Randolph Syndrome that makes the victims fall into a deep sleep. The underground world Asylum in Antarctica is considered the source of the pandemic. People have to explore the underworld to find vital clues and the cure of the disease.
