DIG DR. MAQSOOD AHMED ATTENDS PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL MARITIME EXPO & CONFERENCE 2023

DIG Security & Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed attended Pakistan International Maritime Expo & Conference (PIMEC) 2023 and visited different stalls displaying maritime products.

Pakistan International Maritime Expo & Conference (PIMEC) is an initiative of the Pakistan Navy, being organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs in order to jump start development in the maritime sector. PIMEC is a 03 Days event from 10-12th February 2023 encompassing Maritime Expo & International Conference on Blue Economy and Maritime Potential.

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari inaugurated Pakistan International Maritime Exhibtion & Conference PIMEC 2023 and congratulated organisers on holding this in conjunction with multinational partners.

On the occasion, DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed said that the event will provide opportunities to maritime industry both in public and private sectors to display products and develop business relationships. The event will also highlight Pakistan’s Maritime potential and provide the desired fillip for economic growth at national level.
