The notion of concealed carry insurance isn’t a new thing, in fact it’s almost so common now that many of us probably haven’t stopped to consider its validity. When we got in touch with Firearms Legal Protection, that’s where the conversation started.

The picture to the video of that rifle is so cringe broooo, change that set up for humanity 😂
I did so much research on this before I eventually chose CCW Safe Ultimate Plan as my provider. The most important thing is just to have it because god forbid the worst moment in your life happens and you are not covered. If you are going to carry then don’t skimp on the risk shifting aspect of insurance.
This is a topic that needs a lot more clarity and discussion. Thanks for bringing it to the table. Hope more follow suit.
Perfectly legal to carry in a bar in MN, you just cannot carry if you are over BAC 0.04.
Yeah it's always great to have insurance
Nope you sure don't. Might help out and be useful though.
I always, "hope a mf don't". Because I am a grown man who knows everything has consequences. Positive and negative.
Literally switching over to this insurance tomorrow
In the state of GA you can legally carry in a bar and be under the influence, however you cannot discharge a firearm in an unsafe manner and > 0.08 BAC except in defense of life, health or property, GA Code 16-11-134
Thanks for this video. I'm an everyday constitutional cc per MT state law. However, been thinking I do need to get insurance as the responsible thing to do.
I carry a machete in my vehicle in addition to my firearm. But now I'm thinking I need a tomahawk.
Well you are playing the lottery if you ever will need it, I would say most insurance is a complete scam. Carry insurance will scare you for coverage you may never ever need. Has it been used by people, yes, but the actual chance you will ever need it is very low especially if you avoid conflict. These companies PRESSURE new gun owners with fear tactics to get coverage, the lawyers love this insurance because they get paid for sure and not chase their clients to get paid. Hence why they agree to have it.
If you have a business where your chance to be robbed is high or go into bad parts of town daily. Then it may be a good idea. For 99% of gun owners will never need it.
Funny you should be sponsored by FLP, I've had them for insurance for a year now, with open borders and being an Arizonian, this insurance makes sense to me. The firearm replacement is also a fantastic perk knowing full well, you probably won't get it back, if you are forced to defend yourself.
Chris as for school, yes you can on school grounds with a CCW in Arizona, but it must be unloaded and stay in your vehicle.
Well, in Massachusetts, you first have a responsibility to retreat, so I guess I’m running away. I’m thinking you’d better not shoot a guy with a knife unless you’re about to be stabbed, but you’ll find yourself in a cell. However, in Mass you can protect yourself with a firearm if someone has broken into your house. I’m thinking I’m not buying the insurance. I’m 68 and have never drawn my gun and if I leave the house I always carry. Best Regards
Shadow systems gives you a new pistol if yours gets confiscated for evidence.
What’s the dot and mount setup in the thumbnail?

In Utah it is legal to carry on school grounds with a CCW permit.
Degenerate checking in c:
Insurance should always be optional. Education on insurance should be shared at elementary levels IMO. Same with many others in the life category. That being said, when insurance is used (mostly) the cost seems high. Tough call needing it or not.
A friend who’s a civil attorney told me if you’re involved in a deadly force situation and you need an attorney ( civil -all goes well but family wants your bucks…. criminal , the DA wants your @zz ) plan on dropping a MINIMUM of 50K , but that was a few years ago .. 75K sounds very realistic
It is NOT illegal to carry in a bar in all 50 states. You can't drink with your carry gun on but you can go to a bar and not drink, with a firearm in some states. Also, not an attorney but I do have the googles.
no
well I personally know someone it helped sooo … do as you you wish
Even after I get my CCW license I'm NOT going to EDC. I most likely will not even use deadly force in my own home unless the intruder tries to break into my barricaded bedroom.
I am so glad that you guys ate talking about this
Nah
In Many states its perfectly legal to carry in a bar. Mine included. Its illegal to carry while intoxicated. If you're carrying sober at the bar, since you are a DD or just getting food, or even if you have a drink or two then scoot, you're good. There is a provision in the law where a no guns sign at a bar carries force of law, but nobody posts it.
You only have to have home insurance if you have a home loan. Once you pay it off you could be an absolute moron and cancel it
Great vid, was very surprising when I was getting ccl
the problem I have with "insurance" is that there are laws that say insurance can't be used for illegal activities so if found guilty you will have to pay back the insurance for everything. I feel for everyone in liberal anti gun areas or anti gun sheriffs and prosecutors where they will go after you with the full unlimited resources of the state.
I was looking into this but it is not allowed/accepted in my current state. So dumb.
No
24:46 is where Chris solidified his victory!
Yes
You never need any insurance until you do. And most insurance situations don't typically involve lawyers or the criminal justice system. So I have it, and just like my CCW, I hope I never end up needing it.
Society is collapsing, WROL
I'm actually really curious about this question – thanks for posting. Watching now!
