If the daughter was running to the Law Enforcement Officers on the scene why did they shoot her? They could see she was empty handed and she was running for help. If they knew there was an AMBER ALERT out on this father kidnapping his daughter why did they shoot the victim?This was mishandled by the police. I'll wait for the facts, but… if the girl had a gun while she was running towards "help"- then it was ok to shoot ( maybe ) BUT IF SHE WAS ARMED the cops would have said so. Was she shot by her rescuers or by her dad? No answer..sounds like ( as typical ) the cops saw the tactical gear, assumed it was a bad guy and shot dozens ( if not more ) rounds at the girl who was trying to escape….

This is very unfortunate …. body cams should reveal weather if she was armed or was running for safety…. they're not sharing what really happened… something is missing their objective was to succefully bring her back to safety and they shot and killed her …. how many bullets struck her? Was she firing at the deputies? When the pursuit started why didn't they use unmarked vehicles and wait for the right moment …. there's plenty of speculation but they could of approched this in a different manner without executing a 15 year old

She was wearing a chest plate and helmet…I bet she didn't have a firearm. I'm actually thinking that maybe as bad of a person he is/was for killing his ex.. I'm actually thinking that maybe he had his daughter wear that little bit of protection to try and save her from being killed and she was probably scared and saw what she thought was a chance to get away from the car and her dad that was being shot up and run to the police that were supposed to have saved her from a murderer and a kidnapper regardless of who he was. How many bullets did they put in that 15yr old child for having minimal body armor and running towards the cops because she was afraid to die.
