Mr. Warren, just because you were elected doesn't mean you get to pick and choose who you will prosecute based on your political and ideological beliefs. State's attorneys don't get to choose which LAWS to enforce because he doesn't agree with them. For example. Florida's legislatures (elected officials responsible for crafting new laws) enacted a ban on abortions after 15 weeks. Warren has stated publicly that he will not enforce this law. Additionally Mr. Warren promised that he will not prosecute providers of gender re-assignment surgery to minors. Again, this is a law that was passed in the State House of Florida by elected officials. Imagine the chaos created by rogue judges and State's attorneys who refuse to enforce the laws based on their own biases.
