Since the last update Android 13 One UI Version 5.0 ! Doesn't work ! The entire phone has lag ! Can't load pictures , its stuck while editing , its freeze while on browser , the entire phone doesnt understand what it was doing so hilarious the entire update clearly has been made by a little child. This is a new phone Samsung galaxy s21 before the update the entire phone was flawless , after the update the entire phones runs really slow & is freezing on almost everything you wanna do ! The entire internet browser freeze while on Facebook you can hear multiple video's sound like what ? Closing the app & I still hear the sound , turning off the entire phone fixed it ! & once again the same problem ! The person who made this update broke the entire system never again I gonna go for Samsung this is the last time , I gonna go to Apple this company keeps making updates & they broke the entire phone . this company needs to get their head checked , I gonna say this again before the update the phone was flawless ! After the update the entire phone freezes while doing things , just made a picture wanna send it on what's app once again the entire app doesn't know where the picture is that I just took so hilarious . I gonna go to apple is enough with these Samsung clowns , this company has no reason for doing that ! Android is garbage I don't see any future for these people anymore after they broke my phone with a garbage update it didn't fix the phone it didn't made it fast , instead it doesn't know how to load pictures it freezes so hilarious this was not like this before the update . clearly this company doesn't wanna do their job close your company if you don't wanna do your job . right now the last update pooped on all Samsung Galaxy s21 , s21+ the last 2 updates made the phone really slow & doesn't understand pictures , just ago I made one & wanted to send it to a friend on what's app once again opening what's app looking for the picture its not there , but when I go to gallery its there so hilarious. You broke the phone this was not like this ! The last 2 updates has been made by a little child this is also the reason that I gonna go for apple no more Samsung its 2023 & this company still making mistakes . phone is garbage right now thanks to those 2 last update . never again man ! This company doesn't get it !

I work from home, so it’s always on in the background, and I’m a gamer as well. After 12+ years, it finally died. I just wanted to say thanks for making such a wonderful product. Wait a minute, can we use 360⁰ audio while listening to Music? On mine, it activates only when I launch a video on my phone.
I agree that the sound quality and microphone is great, but the fact that it's missing Bluetooth multipoint is a definite no for me.

Samsung is the my favourite company in the world
I just got the Galaxy Buds Pro 2, and they are a really nice upgrade to the Galaxy Plus Buds. The sound is an improvement, especially the base, and it has a active noise canceling feature that blocks out the noise. I tried using the feature where I work for a minute where the ambience is heavy machinery, and I could not hear any of it! Props to you Samsung. Not disappointed one bit.
