The S23 Ultra is a step in a direction, whether that is forward ot not is up to you. Amazons LPA33X is breaking the game and this has been released as well. Those of you who didn't check that up it's highly recommended to know about this as it's going to change how many things will work. This is how technology should be like and I hope some of you will be able to appreciate this for what it is. At the end of the day the question is: Do I want a new phone every day which is basically the same or actually break through? Amazons project is the breakthrough to that

I've never been that disappointed with Samsung's new phone. This one is even worse than Apple's "toothpaste squeezing" tactic… Seems like they just copied the entire presentation from last year and just change the name to S23.

Samsung is just Apple-ing now. Same phone as last year with minimal (not very beneficial) upgrades. S22 will be reduced in price and I'd say it'd be the device to buy instead of shelling for the S23. The S22 is still stupid solid and stupid fast. Cameras are still good. It's really not worth the upgrade IMO. I do like the flatter design of the new ultra though. Looks more like the Xperia. I hated the roundness of the s22 ultra.

Samsung phones have a very bad build quality my S21 Ultra has a green line on the display without any damage
shutter lag isnt that bad lol, it would probably be fixed on future software updates and if negligible shutter lag makes for great photos (which I have seen from the S23) its all good because shutter lag also happens even to other phones and even on DSLR cameras

Shutter lag is everywhere with all samsung phone. When you in hurry, you cant get the photo quickly, even when you think you have pressed the shutter, but the image never captured. Same as the hold shutter button to record, it will frezee when you hold the button, around 1-3s then it start to record.
Have they got rid of the terrible aspect ratio that all phones have now i cant stand it thats why i still use my s8 plus with custom rom
Basically, the evolution of phones are now complete. I believe they have reached their maximum technological capabilities. The next evolutionary technological advancement will be augmented reality. If these companies make glasses that work almost as good as their phones, it will be a game changer.
