With how much it cost for the entire bin site there should NOT be any problems that the farmer needs to fix. The company that sells the system, the install crew, should do a function test on EVERYTHING. The shoddy workmanship is the fault of the main company because they are the ones who hired and sent the install crew. For everything you have had WRONG with this $1million site is the truly tragic. They main company needed to send a separate inspection crew after work was supposedly done to look for this kind of low quality. I would not allow them ANY advertising using your site in any way.
I sure hope once all the problems with your bin site are fixed you are generously compensated! And that contractor loses their license!
Midland Radios take it a step further you can apply to the fcc and get your own license around 500 dollars . the top of that bin great spot for the antenna uhf 100 watts erp fb2 or fb . You can get used radios and repeater cheap . No hills flat will talk for miles !

Cooper get youraelf some "Gear Keepers" they are retractable leashes for your radio mic's that way you dont need to fumble around replacing yhe mic in its holder. .
Tell copper that most case equipment comes pre wired for a antenna for CB/fm radios. It’s usually in the corner post. We usually hang our mic on the side of the radio with the mounts. Just rivets or bolt to the radio mount.
Cooper for your radio, In the fuse panel of the combine there is a battery post and a key post. You can run the radio wires between the headliner and the side panel into the fuse area and get power from one of those post. That is the neatest way too run the wires and your power plug on the outside will still be open for something else. The new combines actually have an antenna cable already run to the roof of the cab, the end is in the fuse compartment, not sure if your machine has one though.

Hey, Cooper get some Gear Keepers for the CB Microphones. They are worth the money!
I would like to have the gate slides to have more clearance on the bolts so they don't catch each other on the way by. Seems it would have an interference when there is a load on it.
