Why are you doing timed ticketing?
Timed tickets are a commodious way for our guests and Members to plan their travel to and to help expedite the check-in action when they arrive at the Museum. All guests and Members, including children and infants, are encouraged to reserve a ticket in progress. See entrance fee prices above. Tickets are besides available at the door, but we encourage guests and Members to reserve their tickets online. By purchasing a ticket on-line or in-person and making a mental reservation, you are acknowledging our Guest conduct Policy listed below .
I’m a Member, do I need to reserve a timed ticket in advance for myself and my Guest?
Mariners ’ Museum Members are encouraged to reserve tickets in overture for them and their guests. Members are invited to take advantage of their Member Guest Passes benefit by contacting the Membership team at ( 757 ) 591-7740 or [ e-mail protected ]. When you arrive, please plan to show your Membership Card and eTicket to validate your mental reservation .
Will I have to stop by the Admission Desk when I visit?
Yes ! You will need to stop by the Admission Desk, even with an eTicket.
There are two ways to validate your eTicket ( south ) :
- Mobile Check-in: For a more contactless entrance, please plan on scanning your eTicket at the Admission Desk using your call. Members will besides need to show your Membership Card or photograph ID .
- Print Them Out: Click on the connect in your confirmation e-mail to print out your eTicket ( mho ).
Bring your print eTicket ( s ) to the Museum.
I can’t make my reservation time or need to leave during my visit, what do I do?
If you need to change the sidereal day or time of your visit, please contact us at ( 757 ) 596-2222 or email our Guest Relations team at [ e-mail protected ]. This will allow another Guest to reserve your original prison term slot, should you need to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable. however, The Mariners ’ Museum and Park will make every campaign to assist you in rescheduling your visit. After you ’ ve checked in during your designated ticket time, you may leave and return at any fourth dimension during the day of your booking .
How long can I visit?
