How to FILL BLANK CELLS in Excel (with 0 or Text or Formula)

In this video, I will show you a super-fast way to select all the blank cells in a data range and fill these blank cells with any value/formula you want.

To select all the blank cells in a data range, you can use the Go To Special dialog box. In the Go To Special dialog box, there is an option called Blank – which instantly selects all the blank cells at one go.

Once you have all the blank cells selected, you can fill all these at one go by first typing the content that you want in these blank cells and then using Control + Enter (hold the control key and press the Enter key).

Doing this would fill the content in the active cell in all the blank cells, that were already selected.
