I think this is a failed video. Instead of actually telling what's this API is about in examples and more or less profound explanation the narrator says: read the design proposal. Then narrator slams into custom and specific use-cases for the tool which purpose remains unknown. As the result you can see in the comments nobody actually gets an idea what is this thing is.
Although the content is of not much interest to me, it is a refreshing change of video style. On point, serious, and the screen is used 100% for distraction-free content. Please continue this for other topics on Kotlin, Compose, Flutter and don't force your staff into doomed attempts to trying to be comedians.

I don't think I understand the why for this, is it for people who want to be an ad business? You know us developers aren't trying to serve custom ads and manage audiences right? I want to do the absolute minimum for ads I don't want to spend a week reading your API and implementing them, the Google APIs for ads are already awful I don't see this helping. Maybe I've missed the point
