iPhone keeps looking the same. Not really innovating. Apple should really make new looking iPhones to really be worth buying them. Same looking phone, minor small changes and a lot of money. Really you are just paying for updates with a new phone. Not really a new phone.
Coming from a 12 ProMax, I find the battery is better in my 14 ProMax, as it was in my 11 ProMax. I did turn off the Always On feature, but may give it another try with 16.2. 120 Hz is nice, but not life changing. The cameras are better than the 12PM. I would say if you have an 11 or above, & are happy with it, wait another cycle. To be fair, the days of drastic hardware changes are probably over, except for perhaps a folding iPhone. An overhaul of the operating system would be interesting. Otherwise, I think we should just get used to slight upgrades. Phone manufacturers could probably go to every other year hardware updates. But they won't because $$.

My 12 mini is my fave iPhone since the 4s days, I use it as a phone not a media consumption device so it being smaller doesn’t matter.
Got mines in 5 days I had ordered it dec 3rd:D it’s amazonggg I got the Apple Watch 8 as well. My first Apple Watch and man was it missing out lol
I’m going insane Ordered a Silver Unlocked Pro Max 256 Gig on 11/26/22 & Delivery Date is 12/27/22 😡 & seeing ppl who has one for $100.00!! I have a 11 Pro Max 256 Gig & I guess will give it to my Mom who has my old 7plus ( Apple will only give $360.00 for a near perfect 11 pro max & it came w/ 64gig & I got 256gigs but they say space doesn’t count 🤷🏻♂️ why are they charging me more on The 14 Then!! Anyway I just want my phone & can’t believe I’m waiting 1 + month for a phone paid in full ( I went all over trying & nothing) so not sure about shortage ? Or purposely but I obviously want The 14 Pro Max !! ( & get irritated when ppl start talking about 15’s
I’ll be glad when the Dynamic Island is finally gone. It’s basically a reshaped dressed up “notch” still infringing on what would make a beautiful screen all the better by utilizing just a hole punch. Why not use an offscreen drag over task bar to respond to notifications like Samsung. The AOD, about time. Any camera improvements are always welcome. 🤷🏻♂️ Upcoming Type “C” plug in. 👍 Next year…IPhone 15 Pro for me and Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 for the wife. 🔥

had an iphone XR since 2018, I’m currently switching to the 14 pro max, and I’m very excited :))
I have the 14 Plus as I didn’t need the additional Pro features and love it having traded in my iPhone 12 (which up to the 14 was the best phone I have ever had). Nice vid, thank you 👍
Will be upgrading to Iphone 15 pro next year as i believe odd number series iphones are more refined. Am expecting a more refined 48 megapixel camera experience, better battery, better chip overall. Will be upgrading my iphone 11 btw.
Android always on display shits on apple version
i bought a 14 PM and gave my 13 PM to my wife. gotta say – i'm rather unimpressed. the battery life is not better than the 13 PM, the dynamic island was cool at first – but I don't see it as the game changer that everyone else makes it out to be. It's just a fancy pull-down menu.
oh, and I immediately turned off the always on display. Anyways, wife's happy and we needed a phone anyways.

Honestly with the supply chain issues and the COVID issues in China with their factory they manufacture the devices in are certainly not helping them with keeping up with their demand. Ultimately I think it will hurt the demand. People will probably end up giving up and just sticking with the phone they already have since it has been so hard for them to get it.
I upgraded from an XS Max to a 14 Pro Max. Quite luck to get it since there are so many back orders that Apple have. Had to wait a month for it.
It was worth it. 120Hz changed my life, will never go back to 60Hz. Big, high quality screen. Smooth as hell.
iOS is absolutely fantastic with 120Hz.
The camera produces absolutely gorgeous photos, especially with Pro RAW. The video quality is also outstanding, especially with cinematic mode.
Cinematic mode is borderline vlog quality, with the way it automatically focuses on the subject and blurs out the background.
Dynamic island is a good feature but certainly not a game changer. Animations are super smooth and fluid (such as Face ID). So far it reminds me of the Touch Bar on Macs from 2016 onwards; functional but not truly revolutionary. Maybe there’s not as much app support for it yet, which will come with time. Still, nice feature to have. Don’t think you’re missing out on much if you’re considering upgrading from a 13 or 12.
I have no complaints with this phone whatsoever.
