i’m torn. i’m not sure whether to get the pro max or the pro. i have the iphone 13 rn but i am looking to do more and more photography with my phone rather than my old camera, and need solid battery life. is it worth getting the pro to really get roughly the same ish battery life as the 13 or get the 14 pro max for the battery life and cameras?

Hi Aaron. Good video pointing out the differences. I was using an LG v30 for many years until recently. The roaming worked intermittently coupled with the desire to have the best camera in a smartphone influenced me to purchase my first iPhone, the 14 pro. Now, that I have had it for a few days, I am going to exchange it and go for the Pro Max. I need the battery life and bigger screen. I was first concerned about portability, hence my decision to purchase the 14 Pro but now I have decided the battery life and bigger screen/text is more important for my use cases (work productivity, reading, watching videos a lot).
I have big hands but I’ve held a 13 pro max my friend has and didn’t like how big it was so I chose the 14 pro which should feel pretty close to my XR I’ve been using for years and I love that phone so I’m excited

Pro max is way too heavy and overkill for size. The 14 pro is perfect and with the smaller notch the screen size difference isn’t that much

What charging brick wattage do I need for iPhone 14 pro??
I wish the Max wasn’t only $100 more. The Pro should be $899. For only $100 more you get a significantly larger screen and significantly better battery life. I prefer the size of the smaller phone when out and about but when settled down at home, the Max is just a better experience.

im using the iphone 11 & the screen although i like it i am kind of on the fence about getting a new phone i have medium sized hands but i do like to watch videos on my phone from time to time so maybe a bigger screen could workout for me better but the big difference is price its 100 more for the pro max maybe i might even sit this phone out & get the iphone 15 sometime next year
I had the plus and max models ever since the 6, but 13 pro max became significantly heavy that it got so uncomfortable to hold. I decided to get the 14 pro this time and I’m probably not going back to the max model, battery life is a down grade but it doesn’t bother me as much.
I just tried one of my friends 14 pro max with a case. It felt like I was using an ipad. Even the regular pro is way to heavy imo but it is doable. If you have giant hands and pockets or you are a female who carries the phone in bag and uses it with two hands anyways, go ahead and buy the max.
I think the pro max is a bit too big thats why the pro is perfect
