Everyone should buy. Before 2073 it will definitely hit 5 dollars. Diamond hands for your great grandchildren. 👍. Lol. Anyone with an investment background or common sense ran from this when the company turned out to be a fraud.
Re re Re ReVERSE SPLIT
holding 25k 😘😘😘🤑🤑🤑
Glen why. Do you recommend a stock that in V v has a sell recommendation?
When are you going to do a new video ???! We would all love to see one !
Castor Maritime Inc. Announces $18.0 Million Debt Financing.
CTRM said to have a fleet of 24 vessels now (May '21) after recent acquisitions!
i heard some shit about how euros opening up cannabis markets, and have little to no supply to meet demand, and would have to ship in for medand cannabis would just be another "dry bulk" item
☄️🚀🇰🇷 🙂
You mention in an early video that CTRM met compliance with NASDAQ. I am trying to find the same information. Can you share the link to the information. Thank you!
I caught this video today, a few days after you recorded it. Well, the stock kept going down, but at this level (around $ 0.45 cents) I threw some beer money at it and bought 2000 shares. A $900 dollar lottery ticket? well… we will see.
BULLISH
how long time need for the price to go up? how many years?
and what the max can go to $1.50cent ?
I was reluctant to buy ctrm at $1.50. A few months later, they have more ships and stock at $.52. something Is not right IMO.
What do you think about the amount of shares available and how that will play into pricing moving forward?
Nice
Why I brought GOGL. GOLDEN OCEAN. Been watching Castor.
Just got abt 150 more shares sitting at 3 hunj rn baby
LOL yeah they bought another OLD ship- to replace the 3 they have that are almost ready for the scrap yard.
I did some research on these castor clowns a while back…
The vessel MAGIC P (IMO: 9288447, MMSI 538007351) is a Bulk Carrier built in 2004 (17 years old) and currently sailing under the flag of Marshall Islands.
Vessel Name
MAGIC P.
Registered Owner; Spetses Sg Co
Year 2017
That's the most recent entry on ownership, Castor's name doesn't show on it… it's already 17 years old,
Lets try another of their ships;
The vessel MAGIC MOON (IMO: 9336036, MMSI 538007474) is a Bulk Carrier built in 2005 (16 years old) and currently sailing under the flag of Marshall Islands.
It does not list Castor as the owner, it's 16 years old.
Let's try another one;
The vessel MAGIC SUN (IMO: 9215933, MMSI 538008630) is a Bulk Carrier built in 2001 (20 years old) and currently sailing under the flag of Marshall Islands.
The owner is not listed, it's also 20 years old
One more for the road;
The vessel MAGIC VENUS (IMO: 9442380, MMSI 538009309) is a Bulk Carrier built in 2010 (11 years old) and currently sailing under the flag of Marshall Islands.
Only one owner shows up;
Registered Owner; Leo Ocean SA
it's 11 years old, so out of 4 ships we KNOW they claim ownership of and named in their prospectus, 3 of them are nearing their end of life @ 16, 17 and 20 years, and none of them show Castor as an actual registered OWNER, so it's either not updated YET, or they are maybe just LEASING them and don't actually own these 4
I didn't make up the lifespan numbers, it's right here;
https://mccontainers.com/blog/development-of-containerships/
"The lifespan of a modern container ship is 10.6 years on average, which is the shortest lifespan of vessels in general use. In comparison, we can mention that the average lifespan for bulk carriers is around 16.6 years and for oil tankers around 17 years.
The development of container ships | MC Containers"
Look at the ages of Castor's ships, even the one built in 2010 in China (and we know how "well" crap make in China stays together!) it's already 11 years old, so $16 million purchase price, how many years do you think it will take to break even on that after all expenses for it's maintenance, repairs, insurance, staffing and all the rest is calculated in?
I'm not saying Castor is DEAD, in 2-3-4 years they might do great, right now their stock is 52 cents and in violation of the market regulations, even TD Ameritrade has a warning about it, their extension ends in June, I would not buy stock until or unless that is RESOLVED, and the share price is above a dollar to comply with that, to do otherwise is highly risky.
They claim they bought all these ships, but wheres the PROOF they bought them? where do you think they got $16 MILLION in cash from to buy one of them, a company with "offices" in an apartment complex? it sounds more like a drug operation is financing this.
Do a google street view of their address like I did, right around the corner the first thing I saw was a grafitti covered boarded up building, and grafitti all over- NEVER a good sign!
Did you know the CEO's SISTER is the one running another company doing the management? that seems a little red flaggish to me.
I suggest you READ the SEC filing .
Here's the latest prospectus from Castor, from last August, people would want to start with these sections in the document to see some of their admitted risks;
S-1
S-4
"As of the date of this prospectus, we own a fleet which consists of six dry bulk carriers with an average age of 14.6 years "
Remember what I said about expected lifespan of these ships, they are already nearing the end of life.
S-6 lists the ships they had as of the filing and their ages
S-11
S-12
S-14
S-15
One of the sections states that because they are a foreign entity outside the US jurisdiction, any legal/civil matters;
"As a result, it may not be possible for you to serve legal process within the United States upon us or any of these persons. It may also not be possible for you to enforce, both in and outside the United States, judgments you may obtain in United States courts against us or these persons in any action, including actions based upon the civil liability provisions of U.S. federal or state securities laws."

Look at their stock price history, it looks like a ski slope- straight down 45 degree angle all the way LOL! stop pushing this garbage, theres' LOAD of great stock out there instead of this crap!
I always felt they had a lot of potential I really am rooting for them I also bought some but am trying to increase to a goal of 1000 shares,,a little at a time
Do you talk about cryptocurrencies? I am interested in Ethereum, maybe buying the ETF's.
I really like the extensive research you do on these small stock and giving to us as an opportunity while acknowledge the risk associated with it.
Great info
Guest what Glenn I just ask my self yesterday if you would do an update on Castor Maritime Stock
Sold all 500 shares. Possibly good company but unnecessary to dilute the way they have. When they hit 11 to 19 cents mid summer, ill buy back.
Awesome news!!!! I’m buying me some more boats!
