In this episode of Adventures with Purpose, we head to the Pudding River near Mt Angel, Oregon in search of a John Deere tractor underwater.
WE FOUND A TRACTOR!!!
Crazy… RIGHT?
We stumbled upon this farm tractor a few months back when Tatum tipped us off that there might be a tractor in the river.
Sure enough, upon an initial dive, we found a tractor stuck in the mud upside down in the river.
Our best guess is that the John Deere tractor has been in the river for about 2 years.
Was the tractor stolen?… 😢
The police have no record of any stolen tractor but did know there was a tractor in the river.

It's a John Deere sprayer tractor and they're very very very expensive just a screw alone is probably 10 bucks parts are very expensive and you should also speak to someone that knows what they're talking about he said it's a sprayer for an orchard 😏. well that's fine but it's a sprayer that sprays fields for pesticides .
I been a farmer for 15 years so I learned alot But this guy never mind just go as someone that knows more

Is that a 2240 or a 2224 John Deere I'm just curious they're about the best tractor going I've got a 25-20 diesel. Love watching this video those tractors are mighty mighty heavy. They're made for working for sure too bad you lost your straps God bless and take care.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe in those straps. You could have been seriously hurt or killed. I would only trust heavy chains for when you pull out large equipment and vehicles like this. God-bless and please stay safe.

JD 2240, so it was built between 1976 and 1982.

Wish you guys were in my area. Don't know if you can do extremely sanding area's but we have man 'accidentally' made pond on top of this old giant sand trap. Don't know what all is down there but I know theres a ambulance, and a punch of old factory equipment.
Yeah its just a pond but I think its connected to the underground river so you would think people would try to remove some stuff.
