How do you get more power to the wheels??? Fix your belt and pulleys. Check see if your belt is a A belt or B belt and see if it’s the right thickness for you pulleys. The way your clutch was pulsating show you have the belt on the wrong side of the clutch pulley or routed wrong
Why do you go full speed with a drill bit?? That’s how burn them out and have harder time cutting metal.

Even with a snorkel, it will die for good the second you submerge it. Belt will be soaked and the fan on the crank since it's air-cooled won't spin well underwater. I'll give it a whole 1 second underwater and she dies.
