Im a super big liar and a pro tip is instead of saying stuff like "you know me I always tell the truth you should say "Alright bro im sorry you got me. Wont do that again" DONT LIE TO PEOPLE BECAUSE PEOPLE WHO LIE ALL THE TIME ARE ASSHOLES!!!
I just No when I'm ask if I took something it's never good lie nothing good comes from lying I know from experience and it's a bad habit and you hurt those close to you from lying
I often repeat the question when answering the question to confirm that I heard the question correctly. If the question is a little more complex, I may try to rephrase it to something simpler first. If the questioner accepts the rephrasing, that means I understood the question enough to rephrase it and I can answer more confidently. If the questioner says that wasn’t the question, then I know I didn’t understand fully so I can ask them to elaborate or rephrase it themselves

But…. even people who are truthful do that…
Those are things I do even when telling the truth T^T
Liars also use anger and loud expressions to avoid being confronted with the truth.
"I have no idea what you're talking about"
Liars will exaggerate saying always and never.
