The coast guard should have there dog teams train with navy swcc and the msrt should receive a similar training to army rangers or seals .and since there military and Homeland security they should also have border patrol and ice agents train with them and do operations in Rio grande and desert .as well as operationg in anti drug operations in Mexico and so forth

These guys are ultra high speed, but I'll be honest, a really good Army or Marine infantry squad could probably fight these guys off. I'm not talking out my ass. These guys are specialized and train to a counter terror/LE capacity. Infantry are gonna mag dump into their AO like fucking cowboys, and maneuver aggressively. I say that because of operational experience and mentality. Based only on how very by the book and nervous these guys look, that they wouldn't be used to a highly aggressive attacking force and probably get blown out, either off a ship, or on land. These guys should do more serious force on force work to balance out that deficiency. Such as having to really fight hard against opfor to get on a ship or take a port. To me, they just look like a really good swat team.

The MSRT should receive the same Training as the FBI HRT if they are serious about representing that community, also since they are law enforcement with military responsibility. There need to be some money put into the DSF and they should still be set up like when they were DOG so they can perform those national defense operations they are tasked with. No they are not Delta Devgru or any of those but they are spec ops especially on the law Enforcement side and should be treated as such,but with great power comes great responsibility! Go Guardians
