The Silk Road and its maritime component connected the people and economies of East and West for over 1,000 years before the industrial revolution made its global impact. And during the Ming Dynasty, the explorer Admiral Zheng He’s sea voyages connected China with the outside world and contributed to dialogue across civilizations. The Silk Road is the most important & productive & worthwhile Trade in Silk for Chinese to secure its trade products & protect its Trade route during the Han Dynasty!
