My heart goes out to this guy, decades ago I had to fight my own insurance company for an accident. My choices were to shove a car with kids into a boulder, hit a semi head on or hit the asphalt load the crane op dropped. I hit the asphalt. Which an officer said later, hitting it with my truck saved the ppl in the small car behind me. After arguing with the AAA agent for several minutes, I gave him my choices and asked him which he would choose. he wouldn't answer me, I proceeded to call him a coward (very loudly) , his boss came over , i explained everything and his boss filled out the paperwork and I still have to pay for things to be replaced that AAA just wanted to be repaired like break pads that had asphalt bits imbedded in them.
I think the guy is a bit of a drama queen especially at 0:42. I think many of us have had accidents and other dramatic injuries but don't misuse the term PTSD. PTSD is so misused today by the general public that when a military man that actually has it and people don't respond which could lead to death or suicide. He better be careful saying 8 million don't mean a thing cause I'm sure hes living it up now.
You pay all of this money, every month and you really get nothing for it but an increase in rates. Whether it's your fault or not.
