Don't ever charge Samsung with the screen on. Also, S23 U charges from 0-100 in 53 mins. Another thing, Oneplus began the whole idea of suepr fast charging, so nobody is better than them at it.
Use the factory 45w Samsung charger and see. They are lacking in charging speeds but Samsung doesn't care, they target other consumer wants
Though i had the oppo find x5 pro 80 watt 40 min now i have the s23 ultra buth is so good optimized that you dont have to charge the Phone a lot i charged my Phone about 6:30 before i left my house now its 21:44 and i have 39 procent battery left. And a sot from almost 5 hours 4:25 to be specific so it doesnt make no more sense anymore
You are using the wrong cable for the S23U, not sure about the charger.

S23Ultra will slow down the charging speed if you turn on the screen while charging.
For my case, i reach 50% in 20 min and 75% in 30min on my S23 Ultra with 45w charger
now do it without the proprietary brick
