Seems he’s treated way to well in prison. He even had the audacity to attack a guard. Nothings scared him. Torture the little dweeb
that is why when you deal with a prisoner you "should" go in with a partner or maybe two depending on the prisoner so two or three guards being there he wouldn't maybe still tried but i don't think it would've lasted that long

A guard is NEVER supposed to sit when inmate is that close. Not able to defend yourself in a chair. I’ve done some time and saw more than one guard fkd up like this.

Even today this is so overwhelming to me, I cannot imagine what the families had and still have to go through, I am sure they were all great people, at least they aren't suffering anymore.

Sounds like George Soros wrote that and definitely funded it. At least he is honest about being useless and the high school programs suck. The democrats don’t want physiatrist in schools. That would help kids and not destroy lives and wouldn’t have money go to there billionaire buddies or their own pockets. The kid said he was guilty and needs to die. Can’t be saved. This will set a precedence that you cannot say your crazy and cost tax payers millions.

I'd never be able to sit on a death penalty jury. I don't think anyone has the right to be God except for God and I don't think anyone who kills someone else stops and thinks, "The state might kill me back." and therefor doesn't do it. Either you value life or you don't at the time you take another life. But, having said that, I know I live in a society that has people who feel differently than I do about that. I don't think this person helped himself by attacking a guard, if anything would change someone's mind about the death penalty, it is being a danger to others.
The parkland Florida school shooter knew what he was doing he was not faking anything therefore he deserves the ultimate.
I think the judge is too emotionally charged. She should show some decorum and control. I wanted to watch this trial but I just can’t because this judge’s behavior is a turn off. She is attention seeking and her soliloquies are boring. She doesn’t have to go too far to look at unprofessionalism; somebody just give her a mirror!
I find it interesting that Nikolas has been so well behaved while in court. The possibility of impending death seems to have some bearing on his behavior. Unfortunately, he didn't afford those 17 people he shot to death any choice in the matter. He has managed to sit quietly the whole time. Too bad his Mother and his teachers could not have persuaded him to use self control. Even in jail he failed to control himself but doesn't seem to have any problems now.

Judge is smooth
Judges are allowed to enforce order and good behavior in the courtroom. The Judge was absolutely correct in her response. I think the defense was trying to bait the judge the entire time to get her to go back at them, so they could then claim the judge was biased.
I wonder who all that has left a comment has watched the majority if not all of this pretrial? It’s not responsible to comment on something you know very little about. I have not watched the entire pretrial so I can’t attest to how the defense has acted overall and it’s the same for the Judge. Personally, I don’t like Judge Sherer and from what I have been able to watch, I think she has shown herself to be unprofessional in several ways- flipping her hair, rolling her eyes, the way she words her frustrations… it’s uncalled for and maybe now that the defense has called her out on it, she will watch her P’s and Q’s and run her courtroom like it should be ran.
Poor girl! I hope you are better physically and emotionally!
