Quad Enters Maritime Security Alliance. Big Setback for China
Arrogant China is now under check by QUAD which informally enters into maritime security alliance by committing satellite to track Chinese Ships in Realtime locations. China claims whole of south china sea and extensively disobeying Maritime boundaries of small nations which had no escape from Chinese might. Senkaku island is also on quad list for which treaty was already signed in 1971 Okinawa Reversion Agreement.
The main balancing act of india is to remain relavant in Quad as well as to maintain its long established ties with Russia which is presently giving benefits by getting cheap russian oil. It is in high probability that Joe Biden will hold direct talks with Modi and will persuade India to change its present neutral stand on Ukraine.

Any Indian military action in Gilgit Baltistan would destroy CPEC and the tens of billions of Chinese investment in Pakistan . India should follow the dictum of 3 H i.e. Hit the enemy where it Hurts it the Hardest. The present thaw with China should be used by India to prepare her Mountain Strike Corps for action in Gilgit Baltistan
For Quad to thrive in the long term the Per Capita Dollar Income and GDP shares of all Quad members should be comparable .
