Just got it too. It seems very smooth, but my battery is worse than before. I have checked optimization battery on and will see if it makes a difference
This is the first stable version of One UI 5 in my opinion. Turned out to be a nice update after all!
I Have S22Ultra Snapdragon Version & run Android 13, One UI 5, two days ago received this patch all running fine, any issue any bug or Lag!
Great video. So glad there making things so refreshing. Did you hear about this? Official Statement: "Samsung Electronics will continue to strengthen cooperation with Google and actively listen to user feedback to continue to update One UI faster and with higher perfection."
Hopefully we'll all get updates at the same time. At least a step in the right direction.

I think the biggest issue with the inconsistent animation has a lot more to do with optimized mode. It ramps down performance instead of making it available on demand. If you put the processing speed to high, you will immediately see that all the choppiness goes away.
Hello Velian, can you please test the animation with third party launchers?
In One UI 4 there's a bug that when you swipe to go home while using a third party launcher, it gets unresponsive for 1-2 seconds, that you can't tap on anything. The main example is that when you swipe to go home and right after swipe up to open the app drawer, that just doesn't work for 1-2 seconds.
Some people are saying that it's fixed, but I can't test it myself. Can you please test it?

There is a glitch where if you have gestures turned on and you gesture to open the app switcher but don't give the animation the time it wants it will stutter and the animation will fall apart…to see for yourself simply have 2 or more apps open and try switching between them… gesture to open the app switcher and touch the screen again before the animation is over and you will see it happen…it can be replicated over and over and to me it is one of the most annoying bugs since i use my phone for multitasking alot of the time
