I'll probably keep my s22 ultra 512gb and 12ram. Why upgrade? I would upgrade to the s23 ultra if the battery life is at least 50% better. The S22 ultra is a battery hog, plus I'm a heavy user so I guess we will see if the gen 2 chip is more efficient.

This is not serious. No use for more than 8gb of ram on a phone. Mainstream Laptops are pretty much stuck on 16gb of ram for 10 years and they are used for work!

I miss the flat screen phones, but the curved screens does appear as an advantage. This might be the only thing I need to make me upgrade from my S22 Ultra 512gb
The change to the curve is fantastic. Curved screens are great because they inherently allow for smaller bezels and greater screen to body ratios as well as making the phone narrower and easier to hold. But making it flatter also gives us more screen to use the spen. Best of both worlds. Best form factor.
The best news for me is the the stupid curve is almost gone. Hopefully by s 24 it's gone for good. I hated since S8

Good to hear the leaks ram and storage interesting. Very interested in if they claim S23U has better low light performance with a cameras. Trade in deals too good to pass up will give back my S22U even with the low miles. Hope good colors available. They be here before we know it.

I'm getting more and more doubtful that the S23U offers any progress. Mainly in photography. Fortunately, I saved the change from my S21U to the S22U, because nothing has changed at all. There is already a leaker who doubts whether the S23U can compete with the Vivo 90 Pro+. That could be a nasty disappointment for Samsung.
