so is this durable?
My old Galaxy s2 device was more durable than the new generation of gorilla glass. I have never used a case and the device has suffered many drops.
I dk why samsung continues to make curved screens that makes them weaker on impact when dropping it because the glass is curved
Someone needs to go talk to Adam over there and tech Odyssey. Because he had this phone in his pocket for one round trip to someplace and it got destroyed
So what happens with a good case on it? I don't wanna keep the S23 Ultra(have 30 days to return) if the same will happen with a case on it, having a Screen protector limits cases you can use and there are VERY FEW GOOD Screen protectors out there
How come you have not done a 13 pro or 14 pro drop test but have done a s22 and s23 ultra drop test. Something is fishy. Have seen a recent video of drop test of s23 ultra and it fared well in the drops from waist, shoulder, head height and 8 to 10 feet also and glass did not shatter
Way you do with those phone after you test them
Not sure, how this worked 🙁 just saw another drop test s23ultra and it went fine.

I think your unit has a problem dude
Как он поведёт себя под водой после всех испытаний?
If only Kunlun glass is available for other phone manufacturers…
Gorilla victus+ my ass😂
Where as on another guy's drop test it survived multiple drops on concrete from up to 9m in height.
you are a sabotage expert
I mean, Glass is Glass and Glass breaks 🤣
I will buy more cases 😭😂😅
I think the scratches made earlier weakened the shock resistance. That's why it shattered on the first try
and if you give it to me: V
Putting the phone in just a plastic container doesn't put in test the water durability… is better if u do it on the specifications, 5m of water, make the pressure do the water durability
wait so its saphire glass or what?!
I had the S22 Ultra and used invisible glass on it and had a solid case. I had dropped it probably 10+ times with no issues, then Dec 23, 22 it happened. I broke the front. Had insurance on it so it was repaired for $29, but since Samsung finally lowered the corners, screen protectors stick on this phone way better, now I have a fully protected device.
You even can see PWM flicker on this video
its painful to watch those videos xD
The real scratch resist test would be if you put it your pocket with keys and walk 1 day with it. I have never seen this test so far anywhere.
Honor x9a is the beast for durability
